When you ask him what he finds so admirable about the Indian audience, he responds, “Since Faded, my music has connected with the Indian audience.” I have not encountered any passion that even comes close to what I feel in India. This crowd sings more than any other place I’ve ever performed.
That’s what truly makes them unique from other nations, and it’s also the reason I love visiting India so much—it’s incredibly captivating.”The DJ’s tour Is scheduled to take place in ten cities, including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Ahemdabad, Kochi, Shillong, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai, during September and October.
Despite being “mainly a soccer fan,” the Norwegian DJ is aware of the cricket trend. “I wanted to see firsthand the fervor of cricket supporters in a stadium. After our partnership, I’d really love to try my hand at cricket! Walker discloses that this served as one of the driving forces behind seizing the chance.
The 26-year-old says, “I worked on creating something that resembles the kind of music my Indian fans like,” when asked whether he had anything special in mind when writing the multilingual song, which features lyrics in Hindi, Kannada, and English. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever done before.
