Delhi rain: On Sunday, there were light showers in the Raisina Road, Parliament Street, and Pant Marg areas surrounding Rail Bhawan.
Early on Sunday morning, a new round of rain fell on areas of Delhi, Noida, and other locations in the national capital region. Mandi House, RK Puram, Indraprastha, Kartavya Path, Central Delhi, Raisina Road, the Parliament Street area, and Pant Marg were among the areas of Delhi that saw rain. After the rain, a gloomy sky enveloped the area and its surrounding regions, lowering the temperature.
The northern India belt, which includes the states of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi, is expected to have thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds in addition to scattered to fairly widespread light to moderate rainfall, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Despite this, the meteorological service predicted that the minimum temperature in northwest India would drop by three to five degrees Celsius over the next three days.
Weather patterns are currently being influenced by a Western Disturbance, a cyclonic circulation over northwest Afghanistan and its surroundings, and a trough extending from this circulation to the Northwest Arabian Sea in the lower and middle tropospheric levels, according to the weather agency. It went on to say that high moisture feeding is occurring from northwest India to the Arabian Sea.
