There no enforced silence
in Guru Shikhar
From the foothills heard the song
Of the shepherds
Even in war zones
Nature has a way to silence a storm
Even in endless battles,
The language of heart is of hope like a lamp
A pure teardrop which turns
As a globule in a tree branch
Of a hilltop afar
Surrounded by a cluster of clouds and sand storms
Not affected by the ominous borders
Ceremonial, the light that flows from within
Life in a way replaces the alphabets of strife
In a golden bead of a tree that of faith
That grows amidst of war and peace
Amidst of chaos and catastrophes
Nature in rains rinses the sorrows of all battles
How it shapes and polishes a tiny teardrop
Into a scenic classic artwork..

(The Rudraksha tree, scientifically known as Elaeocarpus ganitrus, is deeply embedded in India’s spiritual and ecological roots. Beyond its beads, it symbolizes divine protection and spiritual awakening. The word Rudraksha is derived from sanskrit.  “Rudra” and “Aksha” meaning Lord Shiva and Teardrops respectively. According to the legends, Lord Shiva once went into deep meditation for the well being of all living creatures. When he woke up, he opened his eyes and tear drops fell on the Earth. These tear drops took the form of seeds that later on became the Rudraksha tree.)
