BKS Bahrain, To Host The Most Innovative Young Readers’ Book Review Video Competition

As a part of the International Book Festival jointly organised by Bahrain Keraleeya samajam and DC Books, Samajam sahithyavedi is organising a book review video competition for children. D C Books, along with The Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam, is organising an International Book Fair and Cultural Fest from 10th to 20th November. Renowned national and international authors, literary greats, and cultural icons will all be present at the book fair.

The Bahrian Keraleeya samajam has planned a number of programmes in this regard. Children can talk about their favourite book they have read. The age ranges for children who can participate in the book review competition are 10 to 14 and 15 to 18 respectively. Participants who are interested in taking part should record a video that is between three and five minutes long and send it to the email address bkssahithyavedi2018@gmail.com before November 10th, 2022. Selected reviews will be posted on the Bahrain Keraleeya samajam’s Facebook page. Prizes will also be awarded to the winners of the competition, which can be entered from anywhere in G.C.C. The video should start with “BKS-DC International Book Festival 2022; Review of Book ( Name of Book )”. Video should be recorded in landscape (horizontal) format. 
Competition reviews can be in English or Malayalam.
