Now The PM Modi Is In Srinagar To Unveil New Projects Worth Rs 6,400 Crore

The HADP initiative in Jammu and Kashmir integrates various aspects of agricultural activities, such as horticulture, agriculture, and livestock husbandry. It expects to benefit approximately 2.5 lakh farmers by offering skill development through a dedicated Daksh Kisan portal.

Furthermore, the programme will establish approximately 2000 Kisan Khidmat Ghars and implement robust value chains to benefit the farming community.

In addition to agricultural endeavours, PM Modi dedicated tourism-related projects exceeding ₹1,400 crore under the Swadesh Darshan and PRASHAD schemes. The Prime Minister arrived at Srinagar Airport and travelled to Badamibagh Cantonment, the headquarters of the Army’s 15th, or Chinar Corps.

During the event, PM Modi launched the “Dekho Apna Desh People’s Choice Tourist Destination Poll” and “Chalo India Global Diaspora” campaigns. He also announced the tourist destinations chosen through the Challenge-Based Destination Development (CBDD) programme.

The “Chalo India Global Diaspora” campaign supports the Prime Minister’s call to Indian diaspora members to invite at least five non-Indian friends to visit India. With over 3 crore overseas Indians, the Indian diaspora can make a significant contribution to Indian tourism by serving as cultural ambassadors on a global scale.
