Singh Is Attending The Sugar And Ethanol Conference Now
On February 2, the third edition of the blockbuster, one-of-a-kind Conference on Sugar and Ethanol concluded successfully in New Delhi. The Sugar and Ethanol India Conference (SEIC 2024) brought together the most prominent figures in the sugar and ethanol industry. ChiniMandi, the largest news portal for the sugar, ethanol, and related industries, produced, conceptualised, and organised the conference. News, views, and networking drew a large number of government ministers, senior government officials, senior sugar industry representatives, both private and cooperative factories, oil marketing companies, traders, large sugar consumers, suppliers, and so on.
During his visit, Singh met with Shri G. Kishan Reddy, Union Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Development.
The primary goal of the meeting was to establish a strong collaboration to strengthen the cultural roots of Fiji’s Indian diaspora population.
According to Singh, the meeting focused on deepening cultural connections, fostering understanding, and appreciating Fiji’s rich Indian heritage within its multiethnic society.
A significant outcome of this discussion is the planned Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries.
This Memorandum of Understanding will formalise the commitment to collaborative efforts to strengthen cultural bonds, initiate exchange programmes, and promote cross-cultural awareness.
Singh is optimistic about the potential impact of this collaborative effort to foster unity and celebrate diversity in Fiji.
