Surprisingly: The Taste Of India Now Introduces Fresh Milk To The US.

The Taste of India” has made significant progress by introducing fresh milk in the United States, just one month after Prime Minister Narendra Modi requested it to become the largest dairy in the world.

Amul’s line of fresh milk products has just been introduced outside of India. For this, the tenth-biggest dairy cooperative in America, the Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA), has teamed up with the Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), the largest dairy cooperative in India.

At the 108th annual meeting of MMPA, which took place in Novi, Michigan, on Thursday, the partnership was declaredAddressing a crowd at the GCMMF’s golden jubilee celebrations at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on February 22, Modi urged Gujarati farmers to make Amul the largest dairy in the world.We are incredibly happy and honored to join forces with the MMPA.

Jayen Mehta, general director of GCMMF, told TOI that “this association will ensure all our American and Indian consumers are nourished and energized with the goodness of Amul milk.“We are delighted to introduce ‘The Taste of India’ to the world, in keeping with the Prime Minister’s goal of turning Amul into a worldwide dairy brand.

Under the same brand name and popular composition that it uses in India, Amul has introduced its line of fresh milk in one-gallon and half-gallon packs: Amul Gold (containing 6% milk fat), Amul Shakti (containing 4.5% milk fat), Amul Taaza (containing 3% milk fat), and Amul Slim n Trim (containing 2% milk fat).Leading Indian grocery stores in the US Midwest and East Coast markets will carry the fresh milk varieties.

In order to meet the constantly increasing demand from the Indian diaspora in the US, Amul plans to introduce additional dairy products, such as curd, buttermilk, and paneer, on the market after releasing the fresh milk varieties.

In addition to introducing fresh milk varieties, GCMMF will also start mass media campaigns, such as the USA’s well-known TV ad “Doodh Doodh Piyo Glass Full Doodh.”The innovative technology from MMPA will be utilized by Amul to introduce fresh milk products in the United States. MMPA is a member-owned and operated cooperative that was founded in 1916 and is well-known for its award-winning, premium dairy products. Members in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin are served by the MMPA.

The Amul brand, which generates over $10 billion in revenue annually, manages over 11 billion litres of milk annually.

It exports to over 50 nations worldwide, including the United States, a broad variety of branded milk and milk products.With 3.6 million dairy farmers throughout its 18 member unions in Gujarat, GCMMF sources 30 million liters of milk each day, processes it in 100 dairy factories throughout India, and sells more than 50 product categories.
