A Kissing Quarrel – A poem by Sindhu Gatha
You and I were alone,
in the nameless path of dark dumbness,
when the conflicting words fell
in the noiselessness of a tumultuous torrent.
That the waves of my eye ocean
are calmed by your kiss.
But now that kiss is holding my hand in strife
and walkig to the brink of death.
When the day rushed to the west for self-slaughter,
the love was walking by wayside.
At that time, a west wind
is mocking the kiss that fell on the ground,
and also my quarrelings!!
